Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Saben purchase, but if it's not quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective dust bags and brand tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
